Player Packet

At the beginning of each academic year, all club sports participants must complete a Player Packet. If you need assistance with this process, we are happy to help.

Member Dues

Most club sports charge membership dues, and there are additional out-of-pocket costs. The amount is determined by your team leadership each semester. Contact your team captain for details, and pay your dues on time to remain eligible.

Student Information Fair

The Student Information Fair is on Tuesday, August 25, from 1600 to 1800 in Deas Hall. Approximately 135 campus clubs and support services will offer general information and details on how to get involved. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with the leadership of the clubs and services.

Hobby, academic, and military clubs, along with Club Sports, publications, and religious groups, will be available. Additionally, the Student Success Center, Career Center, Counseling Center, Daniel Library, Citadel Mascot Program, Intramural Sports, ITS, STEM Center, Varsity Athletics, and others will be present.

Team Directory

Please recall that ICRA does not organize or establish club sports. Instead, the program offers students the opportunity to create and lead their own teams. The Team Directory is an ever-changing list, especially during the summer and early fall. Often, the best way for students to contact the team’s student leaders is via the team’s social media accounts.

Go	The team is approved for the 2026-2027 school year.
Reset	Team captains have started the Request for Charter process.
Gone Dark	There has been no contact from the team captains, but team leadership is likely working to renew the Request for Charter.
Sortie	This leadership group is working to introduce (re-introduce) the sport or activity.
No Go	The team is not approved for the 2026-2027 school year.
