The Office of Student Affairs and Academic Services supports students’ academic development by promoting self-confidence, responsibility, character development, and discipline. We equip students for academic success by developing leadership, enhancing moral and spiritual development, increasing cultural awareness, and amplifying the appreciation of diversity. We empower students to become responsible professionals in their chosen fields and promote personal wellness and physical fitness.

Citadel Career Center
The Citadel Career Center educates, empowers, and equips students to achieve their professional goals. We help students become active participants in their success by developing a strategy for career planning.
Intramural, Club & Recreational Athletics (ICRA)
ICRA provides opportunities for all students to participate in extracurricular sports. We strive to improve cadet quality of life and the well-being of the college community.
Angela W. Williams Student Success Center
Through a commitment to the mission of The Citadel, the Student Success Center’s mission is to aid students in their transition to college life, and to help them achieve individual academic success culminating in graduation.
Disability Services
Empowers students to manage challenges and limitations that may be characteristic of their particular disabilities.

Citadel Success Institute (CSI)
CSI is a summer transitional program that helps students get a head start in preparing academically, physically, and socially for cadet life at The Citadel.
Our office also works to provide a safe environment for The Citadel Community. We promote the safety, health, and welfare of all of our students, faculty, and staff. We are committed to providing an environment where individuals are free to work, learn, and teach. The Campus Assessment Team (CAT) and Wellness Checks are services that provide guidance, recommendations, and support.
