Rick and Mary Lee Bastin Financial Leadership Lab

Welcome to the Rick and Mary Lee Bastin Financial Leadership lab! The Bastin lab, that was made possible through the generous donation of Richard E. Bastin (class of '65) and his wife Mary Lee, serves as a financial center of excellence within the Citadel School of Business Administration.

This state-of-the-art lab which is built to simulate a real trading floor, features 29 computer terminals with 19-inch dual displays, a 8-color ticker display, world clocks and access to a wide range of financial data and analytical tools.

The lab aims to extend educational goals by connecting financial theory to real-world applications, increase student knowledge and expertise and help students build their leadership skills. The lab is also used extensively by the Finance and Investment Club to manage their real money portfolio.
