Getting Started

Congratulations on your admission to the Business Administration degree completion program! You have made an excellent decision in choosing The Citadel to complete your Bachelor' degree.

Below are the steps for enrollment. Please be sure you familarize yourself with the information below. Feel free to ask questions if there is something you don't understand.

Advisement and Registration

All new students must schedule an enrollment meeting with their academic advisor. During this meeting the student and advisor will discuss program goals and develop an academic plan. Meetings can be face-to-face or virtual via Skype. To schedule an appointment, with your advisor in the School of Business, call (843) 953-5056.
 
Students are responsible for registering themselves for classes. During the initial enrollment meeting, the advisor will demonstrate how to use the registration tools in Lesesne Gateway.
  

Login to Lesesne Gateway

Lesesne Gateway is The Citadel's student portal. This is were students will register for classes, monitor financial aid, pay bills, view thier degree evaluation and unofficial transcript, etc. It is important that students educate themselves on how to use this resource.
 

Review your Degree Evaluation

Students use Degree Evaluations to monitor progress in their program of study. Students should get in teh habits of reviewing their Degree Evaluation at least once a semester.
 

Set up your Citadel Email

All students must set up their Citadel Email. This is how the college will communicate with student. For directions on how to set up your email account, visit here. If you need furhter assistance, call the IT Help Desk at (843) 953-HELP.
 

Get a parking permit

All students who plan to park on campus must have a valid parking permit. Parking permits can be purchased from the Treasurer's Office. Once paid permits can be received from Public Safety.
 

Get a student ID

Students taking classes on campus must get a student ID from the OneCard.
 

Finalize Financial Aid

Students interested in receiving a financial aid must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA) at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/. Interested students are encouraged to fill out the FAFSA promptly.  Please contact the Financial Aid Office at (843) 953-5186 with any questions.
 

Pay tuition and fees

All students can access their bill on the "Student tab" in Lesesne Gateway. For questions, contact the Treasurer's Office at (843) 953-5254.
 

Purchase textbooks and materials

Textbooks can be purchased from The Citadel Bookstore. New, used, rental, and digital options may be available. To purchase textbooks, go to the Bookstore.
