Organizational and Leadership Excellence (OLE) Series
You know what you do now, but do you know if it’s optimal? Can your team understand and replicate your effective processes? Can you leverage the impact of your decisions laterally, hierarchically, and over time? Evolve from manager to leader, coach, and consultant through understanding your and team strengths. This uniquely designed 4-5 day experience is focused on developing leadership capacity through enhancing decision effectiveness and fostering Design and Systems Thinking perspectives. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about and apply tools and best practices to enhance the organization’s capacity for change and achieve higher performance.
Normally ten years of corporate experience, with five years in leadership roles or strong recommendations from corporate leadership and/or those responsible for management development and advancement decisions.
Develop new, strengths-based, perspectives on leadership and how to achieve higher individual and team performance.
Apply new tools to understand firm performance and find drivers of excellence.
Enhance decision effectiveness through systems thinking and understanding customer needs and business conditions impacting strategy and its implementation.
Act intentionally to design a high performance work culture informed by individual motivation and organizational learning theory.
