Fabiana Paolini is a Boston, MA native and a dual citizen of the United States and Italy. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire in Economics and Italian Studies, with minors in International Affairs and Chinese. Fabiana lived in South Korea for two years, where she taught English and studied after receiving the Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship through the U.S. Department of State. Her time abroad and friendships with U.S. military members in Asia inspired her to pursue a master’s degree in Intelligence and Security Studies at The Citadel. In addition to her graduate studies, Fabiana tutors in Spanish, sharing her passion for languages and cross-cultural communication. She is proficient in Spanish and Italian, and an intermediate speaker of Chinese and Korean. Upon graduation, Fabiana plans to commission as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and later pursue a Ph.D. in East Asian Languages, specializing in Korean.
