Faculty 101 is a year-long series of workshops and seminars for instructors who are new to teaching at The Citadel. It builds a foundation in best practices for teaching and learning.
Faculty 101 is required for new full-time faculty and ROTC instructors.
What You Will Complete
Monthly sessions in which subject-matter experts from across campus lead discussion and reflection on a range of teaching topics.
How It Works
Sessions meet once a month for one hour throughout the year.

New faculty are enrolled in the Faculty 101 course in Canvas, which supports the series. If you cannot access the course, email CEITL from your Citadel email account.
