Faculty and cadet duo present research at annual ASC meeting

Kristen Hefner, Ph.D., and Cadet Olivia Liquori presented their co-authored paper, “The Impact of Societal Norms on Domestic Violence Community Outreach and Education” at the 80th American Society of Criminology conference held in Washington, D.C.

The theme of the conference was Criminology, Law and the Democratic Ideal. The annual meeting attracts more than 4,000 attendees from 40 to 50 countries every year, bringing together scholars, professionals and students from around the world.
