Welcome to the Tommy & Victoria Baker School of Business. Our mission is to educate and develop innovative leaders of principle to serve a global community. Our goal is to provide you with a quality MBA education focused on ethical leadership principles in all areas of the business environment.
We understand that most of our students are busy professionals. Our students take courses online which gives our students the opportunity to complete their degree while maintaining a full-time job. Moreover, our program allows students to network with other Charleston-area professionals and to take advantage of all the on-campus student resources.
We are confident that The Citadel’s MBA program will provide the knowledge, skills, analytical abilities and social/cultural awareness needed to attain successful managerial careers in an ever-changing global climate.
