Students with course work completed at colleges/universities outside of the United States must submit all transcripts (mark sheets, academic records), along with an English translation, to a recognized member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) for verification and a course-by-course evaluation, then have the verification and course-by-course evaluation sent directly from the selected NACES organization to The Citadel Registrar’s Office.
Students must also provide descriptions, translated into English, of all courses to be evaluated for Citadel credit. Responsibility for the translation and evaluation of documents in order to meet deadlines, as well as all costs associated with these services, is the responsibility of the student. Once the course-by-course descriptions are received by The Citadel, an evaluation of the course work can begin for potential Citadel transfer credit.
