Welcome to the home page for the Procurement Services Division at The Citadel.
The Procurement Services Division is here to support The Citadel by purchasing and providing the goods and services necessary for its educational, research, and public services missions; by managing the campus warehouse and distribution system and by accounting for fixed assets through property management.
We strive to understand the needs of our customers, be actively involved with the departments we serve, meet our obligations to them, exceed their expectations, and endeavor to build partnerships with them in developing practical and innovative solutions to their problems.
Our goal is to achieve and maintain a procurement system that empowers our customers to make good business decisions and to pursue excellence while maintaining good internal controls to insure accountability, compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and the responsible stewardship of the college's resources.
