Welcome to the Career Center!

We are here to support students in their career planning, preparation, and search over the course of their Citadel career so that they may continue applying what they have learned throughout their professional lives.

Students are encouraged to refer to the information and resources provided for assistance with organizing their own personal Career Plan. The sooner you begin, the sooner you will be ready to engage in your career search and the easier your transition will be upon graduation. Start with our Career Planning Timeline (4-year for undergraduates and 2-year for graduate level students) and refer to the related information and resources throughout our Career Planning Guide to help you pursue your chosen path: military, civilian employment, and/or graduate level education!

We will assist Recruiters in connecting with our students about their opportunities for internships, summer/seasonal jobs, full-time positions, and programs of graduate/professional study. We offer an online job board (hireLINK), a networking group on LinkedIn (hireCitadel Career Network), career fairs, on-campus interviews, and information sessions/tables.  While our events and resources are targeted to current students, you may also reach alumni seeking our services.

A self-service approach is taken with Alumni to afford them 24/7 access to information and resources that they may use at their own pace.
