Enrolling in The Citadel Tuition Payment Plan allows you to divide your student balance into monthly installments. We do not charge interest, although there is a $50 enrollment fee to participate for each semester (Available for Fall and Spring semesters). You must re-enroll each semester you wish to take part in the plan. The payment plan is available for major semesters (Fall and Spring). The Student Business Service office will offer open enrollment for tuition payment plans once the student bills are published for the semester. (Early July for Fall semesters and late November for Spring semesters.) Please note that the Citadel does not offer the Citadel Installment Payment for the Summer semesters.
Payments are due the first day of every month.
Payments are considered late after the 5th of the month and your student account will be charged a $10 late fee. Two consecutive missed payments will result in removal from the plan.
Note: The Citadel Tuition Payment Plan allows a student to continue their enrollment for a current semester based on the continued good standing with the active payment plan. Official Transcripts are available when the outstanding balance on your student account is paid in full. If you enroll in the Citadel Tuition Payment Plan and need to have an official transcript, the balance of your plan would need to be paid in full in order for the official transcript request to be processed.
How to enroll in CTPP
Once your bill is published for the semester, enroll in a payment plan by following these steps:
From the Student page of Lesesne Gateway, click “Click to pay your tuition and review billing information.”
Choose “Payment Plans” in the menu on the left, and then select “view payment plan options”.
