Appointment requests are processed within 24 hours, sometimes more quickly. Requests are not checked on weekends or holidays. Once your appointment request has been processed, you will be contacted with your appointment date and time.

Logistics of Tutoring Appointments

Virtual tutoring for any subject-area tutoring will occur synchronously via video messaging and document sharing. We plan to use Zoom as the primary option with Microsoft Teams as a backup.

Writing appointments can be done either synchronously via Zoom (for which a specific appointment time is required) or asynchronously using Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Tutors will use the comment and track changes features to provide feedback.
