Compliance with Federal and State Regulations
Compliance with all Citadel, local, state and federal regulations and laws is paramount to a successful research and grant program. The Citadel supports faculty, staff, students and volunteers in the pursuit of research and other grant activities by providing guidance for and monitoring of these activities through the Office of Research & Grants (ORG). This includes the review of all proposals to ensure compliance with federal, institutional, and private sponsor guidelines and mandates. The Office of Research & Grants provides oversight for application preparation and submission; the Institution Review Board (IRB), and award management.
