Zucker Family School of Education Hosts Annual Innovation Forum
The Zucker Family School of Education hosted its annual Innovation Forum on Feb. 11 at the Holliday Alumni Center, bringing together education, military and leadership experts for an evening focused on the connection between military leadership and the education profession.
This year’s forum highlighted ZFSE’s growing Camo to Classrooms initiative, which creates clear pathways for service members and veterans to transition into careers in education. Speakers and guests engaged in discussions about the shared skills between military service and education practice and the importance of supporting those who wish to continue serving their communities through education.
The event drew strong participation from campus partners, community members and military-affiliated attendees. Guests also heard from featured speakers, explored program pathways and discussed ways to address educator workforce needs.
