Randolph Wilt is an adjunct graduate faculty member at The Citadel. With over three decades of professional journey, spanning both corporate and academic arenas, Wilt has developed a role in leadership, education, and fostering sustainable practices.
Prior to his academic career, Randolph Wilt accumulated more than 30 years of experience in the business sector. He held key positions as VP of bank operations and as the CEO of a national advertising firm. Transitioning into academia, Wilt had the responsibility of Dean of Business and Communication at Concordia University of Texas.
Besides teaching in the Department of Leadership, Wilt is an assistant professor of instruction in the Rosenthal Department of Management at University of Texas at Austin teaching Power and Politics in Leadership, negotiation, and organizational behavior and communication. He also taught at the graduate school of West Virginia University, and the Universitatea Emanuel Din Oradea, Romania, where he holds the position of Distinguished Visiting Professor of International Human Resources and Management.
