Access Your Cadet’s ePortraits and Campus Photos
This year, The Citadel is making it easier than ever for families to access and download their cadet’s official ePortrait and other campus photos. Whether you’re looking for yearbook portraits, Company Class photos, or images from events around campus, everything is now just a few clicks away.
Download Your Cadet’s ePortrait
Your cadet’s official ePortrait (yearbook photo) is available at no charge through our photo portal.
To download:
- Visit the gallery
- Enter the password Smile when prompted.
- Select your cadet’s company and scroll through the photos to find their photos.
- Save the portrait directly to your device.
Cadets may still download their portraits through the campus portal at citadel.edu/photography. Click on ePortraits.

Discover More Photos Using Facial Recognition
While you’re browsing, be sure to explore our full Photo Store at citadel.edu/photo-store. The store includes photos from parades, events, field training, athletics, and everyday cadet life.
The facial recognition tool makes it easy:
- Type your cadet’s name into the search bar at the top left.
- Press Enter to see any images where they appear—sometimes even in the background.
A Few Notes About Portraits
Portrait sessions were completed by a contract photographer and concluded in September.
- If your cadet did not have a portrait made, the facial recognition tool will not locate their image.
- Portrait sessions will not be offered again until August.
