The Marketing division within The Office of Communications & marketing comprises a number of public engagement services that help advance the mission of the college and promote the merits of an undergraduate or graduate education at this time honored institution charged with “educating and developing principled leaders.” Marketing is responsible for building brand appreciation among all of our constituents and for attracting the finest candidates to join the South Carolina Corps of Cadets or to enroll in one of our diverse graduate programs.
Our staff conducts a variety of activities that include working with print and electronic news organizations (advertising and media relations); providing information to the greater Citadel community and the public at large; developing and maintaining the design of The Citadel website; producing publications for print; and developing marketing products to support the college’s mission.
