Bio
Junghwan Park is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the Baker School of Business, The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. He earned his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, and holds M.S. and B.B.A. degrees from Sogang University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
His research examines the interpersonal dynamics of the modern workplace, with a focus on employee help-seeking, workplace competition, workplace gaslighting, and gratitude. His work has been presented at leading conferences, including the Academy of Management Annual Meeting and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology Annual Conference. A dedicated teacher, he has served as primary instructor for undergraduate courses in leadership and organizational management, earning consistently strong student evaluations for building inclusive, discussion-driven classrooms.
