Section 59-101-350 of the South Carolina Code of Laws, 1976, as amended, requires that the Commission on Higher Education submit an annual report to the Governor and to the General Assembly with information on the public four- and two-year institutions in this state so as to easily compare with peer institutions in South Carolina.
In order to comply with this legislative mandate, all institutions submit an annual report on the assessment of their institutional effectiveness each year. One report, Summary Report, is in summary form, while the other report, Data Report, is in table form.
