Dr. Andrew Booth
Assistant Professor
Andrew Booth joined the Department of English, Fine Arts, and Communications at The Citadel in 2025. His research is situated at the intersection of rhetorical theory, political theory, and aesthetics. Before coming to The Citadel, Andrew taught at the University of Texas at Austin, where he also served as Assistant Director of Lower Division Writing. His work has been published in Rhetoric and Public Affairs, Journal for the History of Rhetoric, IEEE ProComm, and Enculturation. He holds a Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Writing from the University of Texas at Austin.
