Except as outlined below, the most current version of a policy will be found on this site. Schools and Departments may host non-college wide policies on their own websites. However, any copies (print or online) of policies that are inconsistent with the official version hosted on this page should be disregarded.  NOTE:  All policies should be reviewed and updated at least every two years.  The Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) is responsible for reviewing, updating, and coordinating policies under their control with assistance from the Office of Institutional Compliance (OIC).
