Life at The Citadel

The Citadel has a variety of work life benefits.

employeesFlexible Work Schedule

Many of our positions enable employees to access a flexible work schedule. Regular campus hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Employees can work with their Supervisor to make adjustments to this schedule.

In the summer, the college moves to a compressed 4-day work week with Friday off. Campus hours during the summer are 7:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Thursday.

Health and Wellness

Employees have access to the following health and wellness benefits:

  • Deas Hall Pool and Exercise Facilities
  • Noon Fitness Hour at Deas Hall Gym during the Academic Year
