Interested in artificial intelligence (AI)? Interested in science and/or nutrition?
This week-long summer experience is designed for curious, driven students ready to explore the intersection of technology and healthy living. Campers will dive into the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and nutritional science through engaging, hands-on experiments — from analyzing macronutrients in real foods to training and personalizing their very own AI chatbot that delivers smart, science-backed dietary guidance. Each day builds toward a final showcase where students unveil their custom-built nutrition assistant, walking away with a deeper understanding of how AI works, how the body fuels itself, and how technology can be a powerful tool for making healthier choices every day.
