Samantha Williams, RN, MSN, FNP-C, is a full-time faculty member at The Citadel, serving as the maternal and newborn health instructor. Her teaching background is primarily in maternal and newborn health, and she also assists in nursing fundamentals and health assessment courses.
She earned her ADN from New Hampshire Technical Institute and her BSN from Southern New Hampshire University. She later earned her MSN from Rivier University in Nashua, New Hampshire, and has been a licensed nurse practitioner since 2019.
Williams has more than 12 years of nursing experience, with a primary focus in labor and delivery for six years. Most recently, she worked as a vascular access RN, performing bedside procedures in a hospital setting. She places a high value on nursing education and takes pride in preparing the next generation of nurses.
