Mary Mace is a U.S. Army veteran and educator with more than 30 years of combined experience in military logistics, human resources, and project management. Commissioned from the United States Military Academy at West Point, she served as a Quartermaster Officer on active duty and later as a Platoon Leader in the Army Reserve, deploying in support of Operation Uphold Democracy in Haiti. She has held senior-level recruiting and human resources positions with leading defense contractors, including SAIC, PAE, and ECS Federal, supporting Department of Defense and federal agency missions worldwide.
In addition to her corporate career, she has over eight years of adjunct teaching experience in business, management, and economics at several institutions. Ms. Mace currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor in the Baker School of Business at The Citadel, teaching Human Resources Management. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM). She is also pursuing her Ph.D. in Business Administration with a Leadership cognate at Liberty University.
