Freshmen receive:
- One and one half hours of sexual harassment/sexual assault classes during orientation week that includes definitions, expectations, advocacy, and institutional response policy
- A course on bystander intervention
Sophomores receive:
- Bystander Intervention refresher course
Juniors and Seniors receive:
- The opportunity to train other cadets on these issues
Human Affairs Teams receive:
- Five-day training program for Human Affairs cadets, which includes peer advocacy training, conflict resolution, classes on campus resources (including C.A.R.E., Counseling Center, Ombudsman, Chaplain, Infirmary, Disability Services, Multicultural Services, Career Center, CADIC, and Public Safety), and classes on assisting other students with social/emotional concerns.
- Refresher courses on definitions and policies with interactive scenarios
- Opportunities to train other cadets
Faculty/staff receive:
- Introduction to CARE and services provided
- Optional Deputy Advocate Training
