Kaitlin Couture, MSN RN is the Clinical Lab Coordinator for the Swain Department of Nursing. She received her undergraduate baccalaureate nursing degree from Norwich University in Vermont. She holds a master’s degree in nursing education from Southern New Hampshire University. Her clinical nursing experiences include emergency medicine and perioperative care. Her teaching background includes nursing fundamentals, health assessment, pharmacology, and medical surgical courses within LPN, ADN, and BSN programs. She serves as an active member of the South Carolina Nursing Education Simulation Alliance. She is passionate about teaching through hands on learning and simulation-based lab activities.
