Michael Glenn Driscoll (US Navy, Ret.)

Michael Glenn Driscoll, a U.S. Navy cryptologic veteran, retired with 34 years of technical and senior leadership roles within the Department of Defense and the National Security Agency. A recognized counterterrorism and asymmetric warfare expert, Mike recently advised the U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) on integrating SIGINT, cyber, AI, and robotics into transregional mission strategies. Previously, he served as a Defense Senior Executive overseas and domestically for the National Security Agency from (2016–2024), directing multi-million-dollar defense programs and pioneering real-time targeting methodologies for national security. He held the role of the first Director National Intelligence Representative to JSOC at Fort Bragg, NC (2016–2020), enabling SIGINT-driven operational and cyber-based strategies. Earlier, as a Senior Technical Leader at NSA Fort Gordon, GA (2007–2016), he excelled in the provision of near-real time and tactically focused SIGINT to deployed elements downrange. Notably, he achieved significant increases in productivity and SIGINT operational effectiveness through automation and AI integration. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Winthrop University and has completed advanced training at the Defense Language Institute and Intelligence Community Leadership Corps.
