John Youssef
Defense Orbis
John Youssef is the Executive Vice President of Defense for Orbis Operations. He is responsible for defining and implementing the technical sales and product strategy for adoption of Orbis’s entire portfolio of mission centric technologies.
Prior to coming to Orbis, he formally worked at Microsoft where he led several DoD-wide initiatives including the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 for both unclassified and classified environments. Additionally, a large focus of his effort was spent with tactical and special operations unit, where he drove innovation at the tactical edge in conjunction with Microsoft’s hyperscale cloud capabilities. Through his technical expertise and understanding of the hardships of the mission, he was able to drive efficiencies and deliver capabilities to the Warfighter that historically were unable to be accomplished.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and later his Masters in Information Security.
