Melisa Stivaletti is the Director for Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) at Guidehouse and is a recognized OSINT leader with 18 years of deep experience in the OSINT discipline across the US Government to include positions in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Defense Intelligence Agency, Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the Department of the Army, and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

Mrs. Stivaletti is a certified project manager professional (PMP) with an MS in Public Policy and a BA in International Relations. She is the chair of the Emerging Professionals in the Intelligence Community (EPIC) Committee and liaison member to the Intelligence Committee of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA).
