Between Physics, Navy ROTC and Division I Track & Field, I’ve learned what real discipline and balance look like. It hasn’t always been easy, but every year has pushed me to be better. The lessons, the people, and the pursuit have shaped who I am today. Now as a senior and Team Captain, I’m focused on giving back, leading by example, and getting ready to serve as a Naval officer.
The Citadel
There are about 2,400 undergraduate students who make up the South Carolina Corps of Cadets. 82% of Cadets receive financial aid, and over 88% are employed at the time of graduation. Students can choose from over 30 Majors, 50 Minors in five academic schools, with an accelerated medical program. The 11:1 student-to-faculty ratio and 95% of faculty having PhD’s (or the highest degree offered in their discipline) guarantees students a quality education.
