Matthew Brock
Orbis Operations
Matthew Brock serves as the Vice President for International Business Development at Orbis Operations, where he has worked since 2021 building and delivering digital intelligence products and services. During ten years in the US intelligence community, Mr. Brock led OSINT innovation across multiple teams and intelligence use cases. He has provided OSINT training to multiple US government teams and to intelligence professionals from over a dozen countries. Mr. Brock holds an MA in International Relations from George Washington University, and a BA in Philosophy from Regina Apostolorum Athenaeum.
