Beginning in 2021, books that reflect the values of TCHT were selected by members of The Citadel\u2019s TCHT Center to be donated to the college\u2019s Daniel Library. This project was made possible through the support of the American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) and The Papa John\u2019s Foundation for Building Community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All books donated through this project have been given a bookplate with this message:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This book is a gift from The Citadel\u2019s Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation (TRHT) Center. Books give us an opportunity to see the world in a different light, and to step into the shoes of another. Through these stories, we see and feel our shared humanity.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
