SACSCOC Standard 12.4 requires every institution to maintain a log of written student complaints. This log is for use by Faculty Leadership at the Dean level<\/strong> or above<\/strong>, and provides evidence that the institution has adequate procedures for addressing written student complaints and is responsible for demonstrating that it follows those procedures when resolving student complaints. All responses remain on record with Institutional Research in compliance with record keeping and data policies for a minimum of 7 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
