Students have the option of receiving refunds through direct deposit to their checking account, or a check will be mailed to the student&#8217;s home address. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once refund information is available at the start of the semester, students due a refund will see the word &#8220;Refund&#8221; on their Account Summary Page. Visit <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/my.citadel.edu\">My Citadel Portal<\/a><\/strong>, select the Student Business Services card<strong> <\/strong>and click &#8220;Make a Payment and Review Billing Information&#8221;. If there are questions about this process, please contact Student Business office or the Office of Financial Aid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Information on how to set up your <a href=\"https:\/\/web.citadel.edu\/root\/refunds\/direct-deposit\">DIRECT DEPOSIT e-Refund <\/a> through My Citadel Portal is available online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds may be due in the case of an early discharge. Please see the information on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citadel.edu\/sbs\/refunds\/early-withdrawal-discharge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Early Withdrawal<\/a>.
