MAJ Adrienne Crosby (nee Watson) received her commission on 11 May 2002, immediately after graduation, as a 2LT in the United States Army. MAJ. Crosby has served in the US Army for almost 11 years as a Signal Officer (25A).

As a 2LT she served as a Platoon Leader in the 307th Signal Battalion, Charlie Company in Camp Carroll Korea from 11/02-11/03. As 1LT to CPT she served as an Executive Officer for the 56th Signal Detachment and the Operations Officer for United States Army South (USARSO) in Fort Sam Houston, Texas from 11/03 – 06/06. While in USARSO, she deployed to Haiti in support of Operation Secure Tomorrow, providing tactical communications to a Joint Task Force.

MAJ Crosby was deployed to Iraq from 04/07-4/08. While in Iraq as the S6 on a Military Transition Team, she was directly responsible for training Iraqi Armed Forces on tactical radio installation, operation, and maintenance, convoy operations, and computer network defense. While there she enjoyed having the opportunity to assist Iraqi Women and children on receiving Medical Attention and providing them with necessary supplies.

MAJ Crosby served as the Brigade S6 for 49th Quartermaster Group from 4/08 – 12/10.For the next two years she served as the Network Operations Officer at the Pentagon in Washington D.C. She was responsible for delivering world-class network service operations such as long haul circuits and point to point voice, data, video and connectivity to internal and external agencies in the Pentagon and National Capital Region. She was promoted to the rank of Major 1/10/11. Currently, MAJ Crosby is in South Korea, serving as the Deputy G6 for the 2nd Infantry Division, providing reliable tactical communications for the Warfighters from Division level down to the Company level ensuring that the Commanding General and his team are ready to "FIGHT TONIGHT!"

Her next assignment is at Shaw Air Force Base, Sumter SC, where she will be serving as the G3 TREX Operations Officer.

MAJ Crosby married her AWESOME husband, Special Agent Richard J. Crosby on 24 July 2010. He is a former United States Marine who now works with the U.S. Department of State.

Crosby was also featured in the 2013 edition of Women's History Month.
