Caroline Strobbe
Dr. Caroline Strobbe is Associate Professor of French. She enjoys teaching language and culture courses at the Elementary and Intermediate levels, as well as Composition, Conversation, Literature, Business French courses. She uses a variety of authentic sources as well as technology as a means towards a meaningful learner-centered instruction and a way to connect with the diversity of her students. Webmaster for the Modern Languages, Literatures and Cultures website (Spring 2014 - Summer 2016), she has also designed the pages for the Study Abroad programs in France, Spain and Ecuador, and The Citadel French Club facebook page. She holds a doctorate in French Literature from Indiana University Bloomington. Her research interests include 19th and 20th century French literature, visual arts, and law. She serves as Book Review Editor for the journal Women in French Studies. |
