Summer School Reading Requirement
(Question 10 of 11)
In the fall of their freshman year, cadets are required to enroll in LDRS 101: First Year Experience which is designed to facilitate their transition to The Citadel. For this course, there is a summer reading assignment, and freshman students must purchase and read the book A Few Good Men
by Aaron Sorkin prior to matriculation day. This reading assignment will provide opportunities for discussions about ethical concepts and issues during orientation and throughout the fall semester. Because this book is considered a textbook, The Citadel Bookstore has ordered the books for freshmen to purchase. Therefore, students can visit the following link to purchase their book, https://www.bkstr.com/thecitadelstore/home
. In the “Enter Your Search Details”, please enter “Few Good Men”.
Will you be a walk-on or scholarship athlete?
