Students with course work completed at colleges\/universities outside of the United States must submit all transcripts (mark sheets, academic records), along with an English translation, to a recognized \u00a0member of the\u00a0National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES)<\/a>\u00a0for verification and a course-by-course evaluation,\u00a0then have the\u00a0verification and course-by-course evaluation\u00a0sent directly from the selected NACES organization to The Citadel\u00a0Registrar\u2019s Office.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students must also provide descriptions, translated into English, of all courses to be evaluated for Citadel credit. Responsibility for the translation and evaluation of documents in order to meet deadlines, as well as all costs associated with these services, is the responsibility of the student. Once the course-by-course descriptions are received by The Citadel, an evaluation of the course work can begin for potential Citadel transfer credit.\u00a0The preferred external credential evaluation agencies are listed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
