Intelligence in the News<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Department of Intelligence and Security Studies hosted a panel featuring three former CIA chiefs of station\u2014Glen Corn, Kevin Higgins and Ted Singer\u2014followed by a question-and-answer session with students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bloody Crowns: A New History of the Hundred Years War<\/em>, written by Citadel Distinguished Professor Michael Livingston, Ph.D.<\/a>, was reviewed in The Wall Street Journal <\/em>on Feb. 14. \u201cMichael Livingston, a professor of medieval history at The Citadel, previously picked up that gauntlet with books offering new interpretations of Agincourt and of Edward III of England\u2019s victory at Cr\u00e9cy in 1346,\u201d writes Stephen Brumwell. \u201cIn Bloody Crowns<\/em>, Mr. Livingston is more controversial, contesting the conflict\u2019s traditional duration by stretching it even further to become the Two Hundred Years War<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
