The Cross-Cultural Competence (C3) Initiative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Retired U.S. Marine Corps Col. Tom Clark, Ph.D.<\/a>, director of the Krause Center, worked with Visiting Professor of Management Richard Savior, Ed.D.<\/a>, and Zane Segle, Ph.D.<\/a>, director of the Center for International and Special Programs, on a Cross-Cultural Competence (C3) Initiative in partnership with the Office of the Commandant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative is creating an onboarding and acculturation program for incoming international students. Training components were designed for international students, TACs, staff and cadet leadership to strengthen cross-cultural competencies to support a smoother cadet onboarding process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
