These methods preclude any need for \u201cafter-the fact\u201d documentation and ensure faculty\/staff will not be held liable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.citadel.edu\/procurement\/faculty-and-staff\/property-management\/surplus-property\/\">Surplus Property<\/a> \u2013 Once a need has been determined, contact the Central Supply Warehouse to see if the required item is currently in stock in surplus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/web.citadel.edu\/root\/procurement-faculty-staff\/order-supplies\/central-supply-order\">Central Supply<\/a> \u2013 Frequently used janitorial supplies are available from the Central Supply Warehouse. Follow the link to the order form or contact Central Supply Warehouse at 953-6853 for more information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.citadel.edu\/procurement\/faculty-and-staff\/purchasing\/purchasing-card\/\">Purchasing Card Program<\/a> \u2013 The Purchasing Card Program is designed to provide departments\/cardholders with greater flexibility and improve response time when purchasing small quantities of supplies. The proper use of the Purchasing Card will decrease paperwork and turnaround time for small orders under $2,500.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Routine Orders \u2013 Once a Purchase Requisition has been approved and received by Procurement Services, orders under $10,000 should be processed within 24 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following avenues are available to allow Citadel departments to obtain nearly all goods and services required in to fulfill their supply needs.
