Battle for the Heart of Texas: Political Change in the Electorate<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\nPrior to teaching at The Citadel, Dr. Owens taught at UT Tyler and Bates College. He also spent time as a visiting doctoral student in the Department of Politics and International Relations at the University of Oxford.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
