Bio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Antonina Bauman is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship in the Baker School of Business at The Citadel. Her research and teaching interests are in the areas of trust and technology, strategic management, cross-cultural management, and management education. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Bauman\u2019s research has been published in journals such as Journal of Technology Management & Innovation, International Journal of Electronic Customer Relationship Management, Journal of Managerial Finance, Management History,International Journal of Management Education, College Teaching<\/em>, and others.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Bauman serves as the Chair of the Communications Committee for the International Management Division of the Academy of Management. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to joining The Citadel, Dr. Bauman served as an Assistant and Associate Professor of Management at Emporia State University, Kansas. She has worked for over 25 years in higher education. Dr. Bauman has extensive experience teaching military students for the Military Campus Programs, Hawai\u2019i Pacific University. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
