We do this through overseeing all credit-bearing academic leadership courses (LDRS-prefix), the Leadership Studies Minor, as well as through our graduate programs: Master of Science in Leadership, Graduate Certificate in Leadership, and Graduate Certificate in Military Leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-department-of-leadership-studies-mission\">The Department of Leadership Studies&#8217; Mission<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our mission is to enhance the ability of students from any academic background to perform effectively as principled leaders in their present or future leadership roles. The program utilizes interdisciplinary courses to engage students in comprehensive learning about leadership in applied contexts.
