The Citadel’s Technical Project Management (TPM) certificate program is a series of four graduate courses specifically developed to comprehensibly broaden the knowledge, skills, and abilities of working professionals. Taught in a graduate college setting, the PMI\u00ae Guidebook to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK\u00ae), an ANSI standard, serves as a textbook and primary template for competency development. The TPM program is designed to be the career and professional development that junior and mid-level professionals need in advancing their careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The program features 8-week courses<\/strong>, allowing students to start their studies in the Fall, Spring or Summer 1st 8-week term, offering flexibility for working professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All students are required to complete a capstone project that spans the four TPM courses. Other degree programs may require students to complete subject-specific capstone projects in order to transfer TPM courses for credit within these programs. Some or all of the courses in TPM may be used as elective courses in other graduate degree programs, including the Master of Science in Project Management, Master of Science in Computer Science and the Master of Business Administration.
