The Honor Committee is responsible for enforcing the Honor Code, administering the Cadet Honor System, and upholding The Citadel\u2019s proud tradition of honor. The Honor Committee consists of respected cadet leaders who are elected by their peers based upon their strong personal character, integrity, and moral courage. Members of the Honor Committee are responsible for educating and training cadets, members of the Citadel faculty and staff, and coaches about the Cadet Honor System\u2019s organizations, rules, and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comprised of 70 Honor Representatives:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Five Officers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Vice-Chair for Education (VCE)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Vice-Chair for Operations (VCO)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Vice-Chair for Investigations (VCI)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Vice-Chair for Defense (VCD)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Battalion Honor Reps: one per battalion<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Company Honor Reps: two per company<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Athletic Team Honor Reps: one per NCAA team<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Members at Large: as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Duties of Honor Representatives:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Help cadets make honorable decisions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Educate and train cadets, faculty, and staff members about the Cadet Honor System<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Be prepared to serve as members of the Honor Court<\/li>\n\n\n\n
