For MUSC billing inquiries, please update the insurance<\/a> on file and call MUSC Billing at 843-792-6200. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Citadel billing inquiries, please use the My Citadel Portal<\/a> or visit Student Business Services<\/a> payment information for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Medical Records<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All medical records and clinical consultations are strictly confidential. Records cannot be released without the written consent of the patient except in the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, in response to a subpoena, or for reporting purposes as required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MyChart proxy access allows users to access the medical records of family members and others they care for with the patient’s permission. Cadets can grant access by filling out a form<\/a> or with a proxy invite through the Friends and Family Access page in MyChart<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
